As the talent acquisition manager, Ian plays an indispensable role in recruiting and onboarding the talented individuals who work for EH&E. In fact, Ian has been instrumental in developing the recruitment department from the ground up and setting the vision for its future. His work has included developing and implementing EH&E’s applicant tracking system (ATS), recruitment process, and ongoing assessment of new recruitment tools/workflows to fully support hiring managers during the hiring process.
Ian also provides support across departments. Among other activities, Ian worked with human resources to implement the company’s first ATS and human resources information system (HRIS). He also tracks and delivers reports on recruitment metrics to the Operations Committee and to hiring managers during check-ins. Ian also worked closely with his counterparts in the finance department and human resources to solidify pay equity reviews for all offers. Through his attention to the full lifecycle of corporate recruitment, Ian has helped manage a diverse requisition load all the way through onboarding.
