Liz is responsible for developing and implementing EH&E’s strategic plan to enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance. A strategic HR leader, Liz approaches initiatives with a “build the plane as we fly it” mentality. From this agile perspective, she leverages the HR team’s multitude of strengths and a co-creative process to address immediate needs and secure long-term success for employees and company alike.
Among other duties, Liz manages EH&E’s total rewards strategy, conducting pay equity and market analysis on employee compensation to ensure a motivated work environment. She has helped structure compensation practices connected to employee performance, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Liz also has updated and optimized the performance review processes, identifying training needs, and organizational development opportunities along the way.
