As a supervisor of EH&E’s production department, Brigid works closely with project managers and authors to deliver clear, concise client deliverables. She makes sure that the firm’s reports, correspondence, trainings, and other written materials are timely, easy to understand, and meet client expectations. Brigid also ensures that all communications foster an environment that values different perspectives. Her communications expertise is indispensable in upholding clients’ satisfaction throughout every engagement.

An adept multitasker, Brigid serves as a model of administrative and communication expertise and strives to coach colleagues across EH&E on communication excellence. These skills make Brigid a proficient supervisor of the production team. In her supervisory role, Brigid leads interviews, hiring, and training for new production staff members, and conducts performance reviews across her team.
