As a senior consultant with EH&E’s Healthcare Group, Will brings a deep and practical understanding of hospital safety and environmental compliance, specializing in Joint Commission Accreditation readiness, with a strong emphasis on Fire and Life Safety and the Environment of Care (EC).

Will has firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day challenges faced by EH&E’s clients and his insight allows him to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world hospital operations. His primary focus is healthcare accreditation compliance and survey readiness as well as state and federal environmental compliance gap assessments.

With experience extending beyond Life Safety and EC to other critical areas such as hazardous materials and waste management, Will’s leadership in managing safety, hazardous materials, and waste management programs has been instrumental in ensuring compliance and preparing clients for accreditation surveys and agency visits.

Will’s approach centers on quickly diagnosing gaps and offering multiple, practical solutions that fit the client’s environment, which contributes to client satisfaction and long-term program success.
