As director of EH&E’s IT department, Rich is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the essential technology infrastructure that underpins the company’s operation. His leadership ensures all the company’s IT systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, secured by stringent cybersecurity measures, and reflect best practices. In addition, Rich provides essential guidance, direction, and support for EH&E’s IT team and serves as a liaison between IT and other departments across the organization.

Rich also leads the strategic planning that keeps EH&E’s IT investments up to date. From assessing current technology needs and identifying opportunities for improvement to planning for future IT initiatives, Rich is always exploring new ways to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive innovation within EH&E.
