As an EH&E Market Executive, Kristen Flanagan works in a hybrid role that includes sales, business development, and brand-marketing for commissioning, engineering and energy services. Kristen brings nearly 20 years of extensive sales, business development, and marketing experience.

Prior to EH&E, she worked in financial services, and as a Project Manager for the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District (BID). Kristen was a director of business development for the Boston office of a professional services company that specializes in architecture, engineering and construction management. In her role, she helped research and connect potential clients with essential project management services.

Kristen also worked as a business development manager for Allsteel’s architectural products, where she built a brand presence with end-users and developed revenue opportunities. At the start of her career, Kristen worked in institutional sales for investment banks (including Bear Stearns, Deutsche Bank & Merrill Lynch) ending as a VP of Institutional Equity Sales at BMO Capital Markets.
