Recognizing her nearly fifteen years of consulting experience and leadership, we are proud to share the promotion of Bemnet Gessesse, MPH, to Senior Consultant within EH&E’s Education and Commercial practice. Bemnet brings deep experience in industrial hygiene, exposure assessment, and health risk evaluation, helping clients address complex occupational and environmental health challenges.

Much of Bemnet’s work centers on evaluating health concerns when exposure information is limited, incomplete, or historical. Her expertise spans a range of chemical and biological concerns, including Legionella, respirable crystalline silica, asbestos, indoor air quality, volatile organic compounds, drinking water quality, and consumer product exposures.

What sets Bemnet apart is her practical, context-driven approach. Grounding her technical evaluations in project objectives and broader client needs, she integrates industrial hygiene data, scientific literature, and site-specific information to develop scientifically sound conclusions and practical strategies that support risk management decisions.
