Marketing Administrator

The Marketing Administrator will report to the marketing manager. A client relationship management (CRM) system serves a significant role in lead management and sales, which makes it valuable to marketing teams and sales staff. Both groups use the CRM data to track clients and potential clients in addition to reporting key metrics. Marketing automation is technology that automates routine marketing processes and campaigns and is often integrated with the CRM.

EH&E uses InfusionSoft by Keap for both our CRM and marketing automation systems. There is a one, way custom integration from the CRM to EH&E’s project management and accounting system, Deltek.
 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

CRM Administration:
The goal for this position is that the individual will become highly knowledgeable of these systems, including the integration, in order to serve as a resource for assistance and instruction for the marketing and sales teams.

  • Support the sales team with contact, client and opportunity data entry as needed in the CRM. This includes performing needed data entry in Deltek to complete contact and client records and ensure the two systems are in sync
  • Routine maintenance to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM
  • Processing of contacts generated by website activity (form submissions, content downloads, blog subscribers)
  • Maintenance of email marketing contacts (opt-ins/outs, segmenting)
  • Processing and routing of inquiries generated by the website
  • Bulk imports of contacts lists obtained by marketing activities such as webinars and tradeshows
  • Generate routine marketing reports (content downloads, qualified leads)
  • Training of new users on internal data entry processes
  • Supporting EH&E IT in resolving reported issues related to the CRM performance
  • Support for additional software/web-based programs (contact and RFP databases) used by the marketing and sales teams

Marketing Program Support:

  • Coordination of EH&E’s client satisfaction survey program including preparation of contact list, survey release and generation of reports for leadership
  • Support the marketing team with preparation for tradeshows and conferences including processing registration, coordination with exhibitor services and shipping materials
  • Assist the marketing team with EH&E hosted virtual and in-person events. Tasks may include coordination of event platform (e.g., GoToWebinar, Zoom) for virtual events and arrangement of venue for in-person events
  • Support the marketing program with additional activities such as the renewal of memberships, submission of abstracts for speaking engagements, and maintenance of marketing collaterals

    Education / Training
    • Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Experience with CRM systems
    • Microsoft Excel skills
    • Candidate should be detail oriented and able to be consistent in adhering to established processes
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Troubleshooting skills
